Delivery & Returns

We offer free local delivery for larger items of furniture, within a 20 mile radius of Kirkby Lonsdale. Alternatively you can of course collect from our shop premises in Kirkby Lonsdale. Please be aware of opening times. We can also accommodate collection by prior appointment if we are closed.

For all other deliveries we can arrange a courier, please contact us for a quote.

Alternatively you can arrange your own courier and we are happy to liase with them to ensure collection and delivery goes to plan.

We can arrange shipping internationally, again please contact us for a quote.

Returns and Refunds

We do hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are unhappy with your ordered goods, we do offer a 14 day return policy, this is providing that items are returned within 14 days and are in the same condition as when they left us. Please contact us before returning your item in the post.  The cost of returning the goods must be covered by you. We will refund you when we receive the item.

If an item that you ordered has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 24 hours by phone or email, we will need some photographic evidence of the damaged goods to support this claim.
