Early 19th, French Faience, Cul Noir, Platter Plate

Beautiful, early 19th century, French faience platter plate from Rouen with a delightful hand painted basket of flowers to the centre and decoration to the edge. A ‘cul noir’ glazed underside which would have been applied to strengthen the plate. This is in good age related condition with one imperfection to the edge (see photo). No cracks or chips. Wonderful to hang/display in a kitchen, especially when hung together with the other similar plate listed.
